Spots are still available for the 2015 Longhorn Marimba Intensive. Hosted by Thomas Burritt, sessions will cover many aspects of marimba performance. Attendees will perform in a keyboard ensemble, and perform several times for faculty and intensive participants. This years guest is marimba superstar Casey Cangelosi. Participants are expected to bring at least one solo ready to perform and are encouraged to bring their own practice marimba. Here is a concert schedule:

Concert 1: Sunday, June 7th: 7:00 pm: University of Texas Percussion Studio Graduate Students

Concert 2: Monday, June 8th: 7:00 pm: Thomas Burritt, solo marimba

Concert 3: Tuesday, June 9th: 7:00 pm: Casey Cangelosi, solo marimba/percussion

Concert 4: Wednesday, June 10th: 7:00 pm: Dr. Chris Lizak, solo marimba

Concert 5: Thursday, June 11th: 7:00 pm: Participants Concert
