Premiered by Chris Lamb for the 150th anniversary of the New York Philharmonic, Joseph Schwantner's "Concerto for Percussion" is one of our field's most important works. This version, an adaptation for Wind Ensemble, will be performed, on Sunday, May 1 at 4:00 pm CST, as part of Schwantner's residency at the Butler School at UT - Austin.
